“Let food be thy medicine” – this is the principle I follow every day. For food to work this way, it must be of good quality. Healthy food for me isn’t just products with an ECO certificate, but above all, what we can grow ourselves in our garden or find growing wild in the forest or an abandoned old orchard. I myself cultivate two vegetable gardens, where I focus on natural cultivation, without a gram of chemicals. In my opinion, life’s too short for poor quality food!

For many years, my great passion has been healthy plant-based cuisine and natural healing therapies.

I’ve personally tested various diets and therapies such as Gerson therapy, Andreas Moritz’s cleansing, juice detoxes, and the RAW diet. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the immense healing power of plants. And in my opinion, juices and smoothies are the best, most delicious, and simplest way to smuggle an ultra-concentrated portion of nutrients into our daily diet. Drinking freshly squeezed juices can be compared to injecting a dose of super nutritious ingredients directly into the body.

Every year, in the form of juices and smoothies, I smuggle enormous amounts of vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, and wild plants into my diet. Just carrots alone – over 300kg! On my blog Surojadek.com, I share original recipes that I create, inspired by the possibilities offered by two simple devices – a juicer and a blender. You’ll find recipes for lemonades, salads, sauces, desserts. All easy and quick to make.

My mission is simple: I want to encourage as many people as possible with a passion for healthy eating through my blog. To show that plant-based cuisine can be not only healthy but also tasty and simple to prepare. I share my knowledge, experience and inspirations because I know how enormous an impact what we eat has on our lives. On my journey, I’ve met many people whose lives were literally saved by plant-based nutrition. These are living proofs that healthy habits can work real miracles!
