These experiences have reinforced my belief in the immense healing power of plants. And in my opinion, juices and smoothies are the best, most delicious, and simplest way to smuggle an ultra-concentrated portion of nutrients into our daily diet. Drinking freshly squeezed juices can be compared to injecting a dose of super nutritious ingredients directly into the body.
