YOGA HAS BEEN MY DAILY PRACTICE FOR MANY YEARS, ALTHOUGH IT APPEARED SLOWLY IN MY LIFE AT THE BEGINNING. WHEN I ATTENDED AN ASHTANGA YOGA CLASS, WHICH IS BASED ON THE DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE OF ASANA SEQUENCES TO THE RHYTHM OF MY BREATHING, DID I START TREATING YOGA AS SOMETHING MORE. THROUGH WORKING WITH THE BODY, I MANAGED TO CALM MY MIND, KNOW MYSELF MORE AND ADD JOY TO MY LIFE.

I PARTICIPATED IN MANY WORKSHOPS IN POLAND AND ABROAD. THE NEXT STAGE WAS A TRIP TO INDIA WHERE I PRACTICED IN MYSORE, UNDER THE GUIDE OF MY TEACHER SHARATH JOIS. I REPEATED MY TRAVELS TO PARTICIPATE IN ASANA PRACTICE AND CONFERENCES. IN 2022, I RECEIVED AUTHORIZATION TO LEARN ASHTANGA YOGA IN THE TRADITIONAL WAY.

I CONDUCT INDIVIDUAL AND WORKSHOP YOGA SESSIONS IN MY STUDIO, PRIVATE SPACES AND AT WORKPLACES. I ORGANIZE WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY TRIPS IN POLAND AND ABROAD.

I APPROACH MY STUDENTS IN AN INDIVIDUAL WAY TO ACCEPT THEIR PREDISPOSITIONS AND LIMITATIONS. WE WORK TO THE RHYTHM OF OUR BREATHING, LEARNING TO ACCEPT OURSELVES AND GET ACQUAINTED BETTER WITH OUR BODY AND MIND.
